Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Meeting Room and Workspace Rentals
1.1 Cancellations and Refunds
- Customers can cancel their meeting room or workspace reservation free of charge at least 48 hours before the start of the reservation.
- If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the start of the reservation, 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, and no refunds will be provided.
1.2 Reservation Changes
- Customers can change the date and time of their meeting room or workspace reservation at least 48 hours before the start of the reservation without additional costs, subject to availability.
- Changes to the reservation made less than 48 hours before the start of the reservation will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and a change fee of 20% of the total reservation cost may be applied.
2. AI Training Sessions
2.1 Cancellations and Refunds
- Customers can cancel their participation in a training session free of charge at least 14 days before the start of the training.
- If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before the start of the training, 50% of the training fee will be refunded to the customer.
- If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of the training, no refunds will be provided.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the customer within 14 days of confirming the cancellation or change.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
