Terms of Service

1. General

1.1 These terms of service ("Terms") govern the use of our online store ("Store"), where you can rent meeting rooms and workspaces, as well as purchase tickets to our AI training sessions. By using the Store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Store.

1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will be available on our website, and your continued use of the Store indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

2. Account Registration

2.1 Making reservations or purchases through the Store may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a reservation. Providing false or misleading information may result in the termination of your account and the cancellation of any pending orders.

 

3. Reservations and Purchases

3.1 All reservations and purchases made through the Store are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation or purchase for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or availability issues.

3.2 When you make a reservation or purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is only an acknowledgment of your order and does not constitute acceptance of your reservation or purchase.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices displayed in the Store are in euros and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT-inclusive prices will be shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payments can be made at the time of reservation or purchase, or on-site at our office. We accept the following payment methods:

• Shopify Payments: You can pay directly through our online store using the Shopify Payments service, which supports major credit cards and other electronic payment methods.
• On-Site Card Payment: You can pay with a credit card when you arrive at our premises.
• Invoice: Corporate customers can choose to pay by invoice, which will be sent after the reservation is confirmed. The invoice must be paid by the due date.

If your payment method is declined, we may cancel your reservation or purchase.

4.3 By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount due for your order, including any applicable fees and taxes.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

6. Use of Facilities

6.1 You agree to use the meeting rooms and workspaces in a responsible and respectful manner. You are responsible for any damage caused to our facilities during your use.

6.2 We reserve the right to refuse access to our facilities if we deem your behavior to be inappropriate or disruptive.

 

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content provided in the Store, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mindhive Oy or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the Store without our prior written consent.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindhive Oy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Store or our services.

8.2 We do not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted operation of the Store, and we shall not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mikkeli.
